I have an ornamental plum outside my kitchen window and day by day it's filling with pink blooms. I can't wait for spring either, I feel like it's been cold for months! Looking forward to removing some layers of clothing once it warms up a little!
Luca and I have been counting magnolia trees every day. It is a wonderful time of year. I don't know what season this is meant to be but it's been 22 degrees during the day here... Best 'winter' I've ever known...;-) Pics are beautiful Greer.
Anxiously awaiting Autumn here. I love the turning of seasons. I'm sooo ready when they come and then bored of them just in time to start longing for "next."
So funny to think it's spring there! (Just like Meryl said.) But these photos are incredible! If I wasn't such an autumn/winter girl, you'd have me wanting to bypass straight to spring all together!
Just found your blog! It's gorgeous! Thanks for sharing! S
That third shot of the catkins (are they catkins??) in the light is gorgeous. I love how you are entering spring as we are welcoming autumn. Well not quite yet, but already there is a subtle shift in the light and leaves and morning air.
ps know what you mean about the cold toes...I have perpetually cold feet and get through about 5 pairs of slippers a year. xx
