    1. Christina, once preserved, the rinds are used finely chopped in Moroccan tagines, and I've seen recipes for salad dressings and marinades that use it. It has a really distinct flavour.

  2. Don't preserved lemons look great in their big jars! I am having a giveaway at the moment for a little girl's pink tote..just thought you may be interested as you have one..a little girl that is!

  6. Such a coincidence that I've just come inside with a basket full of limes and lemons from our over-laden trees. Now I'm off to the local Oppy to find some large jars. I've not preserved lemons/limes before.
