ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful picture of that tree! I've been making ricotta too! Posted my recipe a few days ago.....I use lemon juice, love to know how you find the citric acid? And prawns yum.......had them for lunch today too :)

ReplyDeleteWhen Cam is home, he freedives for prawns in the river at night. So we regularly eat prawns for lunch :) nom nom nom. Next time I'll have to make some dressing like the one in your photo.
